Location: Tbilisi, Georgia – On the shores of Tbilisi Sea, next to GINO Paradise Water Park

Project Description: Tbilisi Boulevard is a large-scale, mixed-use development by GINO Holding Group. Spanning over 30 hectares, the project aims to create a fully integrated smart-living community with a vision of a “mini green city.”

Project Features:

• Residential, commercial, office, and hotel units
• Private children’s park, sports fields (football, basketball, rugby), and fitness centers
• School, nursery, medical center, and pharmacy
• Restaurants, cafes, and open leisure zones
• Bike trails, walkways, and green public spaces
• Over 1,000 parking spaces
• 8,000 sqm of waterfront area

Investment & Financing:

• Total project cost: €250 million
• €7.5 million already invested
• Bank financing secured: $100 million from Bank of Georgia

Timeline:

• Estimated construction duration: 6 years (announced in March 2025)
